Noggin is a recruiting software product operated by Staffify. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request a demo, create an account, or use Noggin.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect contact and account information, organization details, demo-request responses, support communications, usage and device data, and information customers choose to process through Noggin. Recruiting customers control the candidate information they upload or connect to the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure Noggin, respond to demo and support requests, operate recruiting workflows, improve product performance, prevent abuse, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. AI-Assisted Features
Noggin uses AI-assisted features to help customers source, draft, summarize, screen, and analyze recruiting information. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making employment decisions. We use service providers under contractual safeguards to deliver these features.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with infrastructure, communications, analytics, security, and AI service providers that help us operate Noggin; with a customer’s authorized users and integrations; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction. We require providers to handle information only for authorized purposes.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Candidates should generally contact the recruiting organization that controls their information. You may also contact Staffify for assistance.
8. International Processing and Children
Information may be processed in countries where Staffify or its providers operate. Noggin is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as Noggin evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through our demo or support channels until a dedicated privacy address is published.
